If your product is faulty or becomes damaged when used within the scope of our instructions, please follow these steps to ensure your goods are repaired or replaced and back with you as soon as possible.

1. Take a picture of the damage.

2. Fill out the warranty form.

3. Send the picture, completed form and proof of purchase to discover@altongoods.com.

Please Note:

- We will not provide a refund for change of mind.

- We only repair and replace products purchased from this website or our stockists and we require a proof of purchase. 

- Alton goods has designed its hammocks to be fit for the purpose of ultralight and rugged adventure. With regular use we believe a hammock will perform this purpose for a period of 12 months before general wear and tear will render it beyond the scope of any warranty.
